      Henry Allen is a retired police officer of the Central City Police Department. He is the husband of Nora Allen, the father of Barry Allen and the late Jay Allen, and the grandfather of Shawn Allen. Henry was a police officer of the CCPD. At one point in his life, Henry met Nora and together they had two sons, Jay and : Michael Emmet Walsh.
